Decker Consulting GmbH assists organizations to optimally integrate information security into their business, both from a strategic as well as from a operational perspective. Thereby we can offer consulting and implementation from a single source. This ensures a clear delegation of responsibilities and competences, a constant high level of quality, minimizes the coordination needs and guarantees cost-effective results on schedule. Simultaneously, we make the quality of our work measurable.

We are member of the standard committee INB NK 149 UK 7 of the Swiss Association for Standardization (SNV) and have co-developed the standards ISO/IEC 27000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, ISO/IEC 27003 and ISO/IEC 27005. As a member of the DACH council for the German translation of ISO/IEC 27000:2016, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 und ISO/IEC 27002:2013 as well as Annex SL of the ISO/IEC Directives we have also co-written the official German editions. With the ability to apply this knowledge and these skills goal oriented, we are in Switzerland the first address for the establishment and implementation of information security management systems.

All our senior consultants have a completed university or college educuation or a corresponding professional training and have continued their studies as Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor or Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer and expert for IT service management according to ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011. They audit, assess or bridge competency and resource bottlenecks in line management or your projects - just as you need it.
